Day 6 A cold wet start

We all know Breast Cancer is an important issue, but is now directly affecting 1 in 8 women in NZ.

Just like our prostrates, it is too big a deal to ignore.

What can we do?

We can all be a part of the solution, by providing much needed funding to the Breast Cancer Research Trust.

I am fully getting behind this cause by joining the Hooter Helpers and competing in the Les Mills BOOBCAMP

"Boob Camp" is a four week fitness (torture) competition where fifteen teams of eight (including a team of celebrities) strive to win - while raising as much money as possible along the way for research into breast cancer.

I am totally committed to the 6:25am starts, and following 1 hour of punishing fitness including crawling through mud, press ups, burpies, tiger crawling and all sorts of other unusual military activities.

But to succeed, I desperately need your help to raise as much money as possible by the end of the programme.

Starting test-

sit ups = 130 (stops at 130)
2.4km run = 10.32 mins

Finishing test-
military press ups = 60
sit ups = 130 (stops at 130)
2.4km run = 9.33 mins

Not bad.
