I am extremely excited to be representing my country, New Zealand at the 2012 London Olympics in boxing and in the process making history.

Living my dream is hard work but worth all the effort. I do feel extremely privileged to have this opportunity and am looking forward to the challenge.

With the demands of full time training, my coach (also the National Women’s Coach) and I will be unable to work for an 8 week period Pre-Olympics and during the Olympics. As part of my training, we will be travelling to the UK at the beginning of July 2012 to train with the current number one in my division.

To be able to give myself the best opportunity, I am seeking support and ask that any contribution you are able to make towards my pre Olympics training schedule would be greatly appreciated.
