I’m shaving my lid for a brave kid!

I’ll be shaving my lid on the 19th of September at about 9.30am, at Little Einsteins Educare in Cambridge. Come down and watch with all of the children, it will be heaps of fun!

No person is untouched by cancer and I like many of you are no different as it has changed the shape of my family and friends, so I ask you all to dig deep and donate to a great cause.

Did you know more than three children on average per week in New Zealand are diagnosed with cancer. Each year New Zealand children with cancer collectively undergo an astounding 75,000 treatments and procedures throughout their journey. The Child Cancer Foundation is committed to supporting children with cancer and their families from the time of diagnosis, throughout their journey of treatments and subsequently the transition back into the community.

By shaving my lid for a brave kid, I’m helping raise the $3 million required each year for child and family support services. I’m passionate about the cause and willing to lose my locks to prove it!
