Cure Kids Great Adventure Race – North Island 2011 |
| EVENT DATE: |
08/04/2011 |
Thanks for visiting our fundraising page – we really need your help!!
We are competing in the Cure Kids Great Adventure Race – North Island, a challenging multi-sport event taking place in a beautiful (and as yet secret) location in the Hunua Ranges on Friday 8 April 2011. The race is expected to take 6-9 hours to complete, and will cross a variety of terrains – some of which will be a big challenge.
By competing in this event, we are helping Cure Kids fund vital medical research into children’s life-threatening illnesses, such as leukaemia and cystic fibrosis. And we would really love your help! During the adventure race we may encounter a number of challenges and be tested physically – but this is nothing compared to what some children with life-threatening illnesses encounter on a daily basis.
We need to raise the minimum entry fee of $10,750 for Cure Kids, but we’d love to raise as much as possible, and be in the running for the fundraising trophy!
Select the "Make a donation" button below. It’s simple, fast and totally secure and the money goes straight to Cure Kids.
If you live in New Zealand your donation is tax deductible and a receipt will be issued.
We will be keeping you updated with all the news, events and training on the blog, so keep coming back to visit.
Thanks for your support!
