Former glory - Mal and I competing in the Trans Rockies MTB race

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

My friend Mal Law is attempting to do something that has never been done before - to run all 7 NZ mainland 'Great Walks' in 7 consecutive days. That's 360 km of running (the equivalent of 9 back to back marathons) through beautiful but challenging mountain terrain. This is not something that would be much fun alone, so Mal is taking a few people along with him on each run. I will be joining him to run the Tongariro N.Circuit and Kepler tracks - a total distance of 101kms with just a few days to recover from one before starting the next!

The Mizone 7in7 Challenge aims to raise NZ$50,000 for the Leukemia & Blood Foundation (see sidebar on right)
