Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

As you probably know already, I am intending to summit Mt Kilimanjaro in September of this year.

I'm going to Tanzania on September 17th with a group of intellectual property lawyers, and others closely associated with IP law. We have our own website, and you can check it out at www.ip-trek.com, where you'll find other interesting hikes we've undertaken around the world.

I'm dedicating my expedition to the top of Africa's highest mountain to Breath4CF, the link to which you will see across the page.

Breath4CF is an organization formed to fund awareness of Cystic Fibrosis (CF), and to provide sufferers of CF with a better quality of life.

My godson, Alex, and his twin sister Lizzie, were both born with CF.

They are now aged 16, and live as normal a life as possible while suffering from this debilitating disease. Make no mistake - this disease will greatly curtail their life expectancy, and an organisation like Breath4CF is there to help them enjoy as normal a quality of life as they can hope to lead.

Here are photos of Alex & Lizzie taken last year while on holiday with their family in Phuket.

So, I need you to support me financially in this endeavour, and as a direct result, help the likes of Alex & Lizzie, who have touched the hearts of many in their 16 years of life to date.

Every little bit helps, and I don't expect you to give me more than you can afford. I'm aiming at raising $10,000, and am pretty confident that with my network of friends, colleagues, workmates, and the like, I'll be able to raise this amount. I'll certainly give it a good push!

I've done all the hard work to train for and complete this event (there's still a lot of hard work slogging up and down hills here in Auckland before I go in 7 weeks time), but I really need your help to make a difference to my charity.
