I never thought that we would be one of "those families", but in June 2007, my now 6 year old little girl (Bianca) was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Since then we have realised time and time again the important work that the Child Cancer Foundation does to help children like Bianca fight cancer.

Please help me in the FIGHT AGAINST CHILDHOOD CANCER.

150 children in NZ are diagnosed with cancer a year. In fact, cancer is still the leading cause of death behind accidents, of children in NZ. The Child Cancer Foundation believes that no child suffering from cancer, or their family, should ever feel alone. I'm determined and committed to helping the Foundation in their mission but I need your help. Please support me as I participate in funrazor or rather, shave my lid for a kid!

All money raised goes to the Child Cancer Foundation. The Child Cancer Foundation doesn't receive any government funding and you can help them continue doing the wonderful job they are doing.

I am making a huge personal commitment to this event and challenge you to match my commitment by sponsoring me.

On Thursday 3 December 2009 Bianca and her beads will be there with me at the Albany Westfield at 4pm to shave off my hair.

So if you are in the area, come join us on this day at Westfield Albany, 219 Don McKinnon Drive and support me as I shave off my hair to help raise money for the Child Cancer Foundation.
