Hi there to my friends, family, workmates and fans,

I'm shaving my lid for a brave kid!

I will be shaving my hair off this year in support of all kids who have and have had cancer, especially my daughter Emma. In January 2010 it will be 10 years since Emma passed away from cancer. Now I feel I am ready to do something for her by supporting the Child Cancer Foundation.

The Child Cancer Foundation funrazor will be held at 22 locations around NZ on 3rd December 2009.

Ill be shaving my lid on 3 December at
TIME 4.00 pm PLACE Midland Park, Wellington (or maybe on the 2nd December on TV if not)
come down and watch, it'll be heaps of fun!

Every year on average 150 Kiwi kids are diagnosed with cancer, which means that there are lots of children and families requiring special support and assistance. The Child Cancer Foundation believes that no child suffering from cancer, or their family, should ever feel alone.

By shaving my lid for a brave kid, I'm helping us to raise money for support and services for children and families affected by childhood cancer. I'm passionate about the cause and willing to lose my locks to prove it!
