Sanitarium Weet-Bix Tryathlon Try for a Wish
Make-A-Wish grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Over 160 wishes are granted each year providing a magical experience for seriously ill Kiwi kids and their families.
Sanitarium together with Make-A-Wish is very excited to present an opportunity for Weet-Bix Tryathlon kids to not only participate in a great personal sporting achievement but also to help make magic for Kiwi kids less fortunate than themselves.
Try for a Wish is all about kids giving it a go for themselves and for Wish kids. For the first time ever, Sanitarium Weet-Bix Tryathlon participants will be seeking sponsorship from friends, neighbours and their families. So they will not just set out to achieve their own personal best but, in doing so, to help to make dreams come true for kids with life-threatening medical conditions in their local community.
The first tryathlon takes place in December 2011 followed by another 11 events throughout February, March and April 2012 in towns located throughout the country. To register or find out more information about the Sanitarium Weet-Bix Tryathlon visit http://tryathlon.weetbix.co.nz.
