We are aiming to raise $1000 for the Breast Cancer Research Trust.
Our first event was the 'Climb Aoraki Mount Cook Challenge'. What is the Climb Aoraki Mount Cook Challenge? Staff at Glentanner Park individually climbed the same vertical height as Aoraki Mount Cook. Aoraki Mount Cook stands at 12,316 feet, and the height from Glentanner Park Centre to the 'Shelf' on Glentanner Station is aproximately 1200 feet. So, we each did it 10 times. We raised $655.
Our next fundraising method was auctioning a room on trade me. Through this we raised $80.80.
We therefore still have some work to do!
If you would like to help us reach our goal of $1000 for the trust, that would be very much appreciated.
