Somehow I've come up with the crazy idea that if I manage to raise $1,000.00 by the 20th of July then I will do a bungy jump.

Breast Cancer has affected my family and after a scare myself, I wanted to do more to help this worthy cause. The Women up at the Breast Centre at Waikato Hospital were amazing, put me right at ease and did more for me than I ever expected.

Why a bungy?? Seriously, I have no idea! I'm heading off to Queenstown in two weeks and the thought of leaping off a bridge with a rope tied to my ankles petrifies me! However, those who wish to sponsor me can have a good chuckle at the pics afterwards... I might just be laughing a few days afterwards too..

The jump will be completed at the A J Hackett ledge bungy (Which looks like the least scariest!). They are going to provide me with a free bungy, photos and a dvd if I raise the funds, just so all my sponsors can see the proof that I actually did it! How amazing is that!! I was involved in the Pink Ribbon appeal October last year and arranged a pink dress up day at Deloitte (Where I work). I also helped with the street collection and without Deloitte's help we could never have raised as much as the $2,100 that we raised. We're hoping to raise even more funds this year :)
