Our work includes - suicide prevention information; mentally healthy workplaces; programmes to counter stigma & discrimination; mental health promotion; our Out of the Blue depression awareness campaign; VIBE for young adults; and our Resource and Information Service. We take a holistic approach to mental health, promoting what we know makes and keeps people mentally well.
