My name is Nigel Lowe and I am a Lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering and Trades at Manukau Institute of Technology. I lecture level 3 building students.

I have been given the opportunity to travel to Ethiopia with Habitat for Humanity in September and October this year to build houses for orphanages and villages.

I am very keen to go on this trip to make a contribution to the people one of the poorest countries in the world and think that it would be a real privilege to participate.

I am fundraising for this trip as the cost will be approximately $7,000 including flights, accommodation, food, insurance etc.

Should you be able to support me by way of donation , I would be very happy to come and give a presentation about the trip to your company or group.
