Thank you so much for visiting my fundraising page!

I was fortunate enough to spend 3 months volunteering at a NGO (Non Governmental Organisation) in Siem Reap, Cambodia - The Green Gecko Project.

It was an AMAZING experience and the green geckos will be in my heart until I see them again!! Despite the hardest of starts in life, these kids are absolutely beautiful in energy, compassionate, proud, funny, enthusiastic, bright and FUN - in essence they are kids!

The Green Gecko Project is empowering these children with skills, education, care and support to enable them to break the begging cycle and live to their highest potential. If you'd like to know more then you can visit the official website - www.greengeckoproject.org

At the moment I have a lovely full head of hair! And its looooong too :)

To demonstrate my commitment to the cause I'm willing to SHAVE my whole head when I reach my goal of $5000 for the Green Geckos...

We're giving our lovely locks up, what can you give? Know that whatever you give will make a difference. I completely and utterly understand everybody's circumstances are different and every dollar is appreciated!

Since beginning our fundraiser I've been asked time and time again, why your hair?? Even donations offered if I was to NOT shave my hair! This was a completely unexpected response but as more and more people supported me NOT shaving my hair off I got to thinking and the fundraiser has evolved...

Once I have raised $5000, I will do whichever the donations have decided - whatever side is larger! So! Should I or shouldn't I?

Let me know in your comment when you donate online so I can add your amount to the total :) And don't worry, either way all proceeds will be forwarded to the Green Gecko Project!
